1. Service Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our facility.

• Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
• Eligible cancellations made before dispatch will receive a full refund.
2. Refund Eligibility.
Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:
• The order was cancelled prior to dispatch.
• The product was not delivered due to unforeseen circumstances on our part.
Refunds, if approved, will be credited back to the same payment instrument that was originally used for the transaction.
